Chipmetrics offers unique >>100 aspect ratio and small line-width silicon test structures on chips and on wafers for the semiconductor industry. Our main focus is on semiconductor tool qualification, particularly focusing on ALD films, enabling high speed and high accuracy for inspection – after maintenance, during process tuning, for tool acceptance and for tool evaluation tests. The company also offers measurement services and solutions.
While this may sound a bit technical and niche, the huge semiconductor field offers plenty of opportunities. We already have a very interesting customer base with large industry players that offer a great basis for future sales. The company has an ambitious growth plan and we are now looking for a
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
to take us to the next level. This is a new full-time role. The COO will lead business planning and manage the financial aspects of the company together with our CEO, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company so that the CEO will be able to engage in more customer and sales activities.
The responsibilities include
- development of the company business model and customer acquisition operations
- process and tools development for the customer and product processes
- organisation planning and team leadership
- target setting and follow-up of company KPI’s
- product and service planning together with product management and R&D
- managing the company agent network together with the company sales team
- managing applications and reporting of public financing and loan programs
- support for company funding negotiations.
Qualifications that will help you succeed in the position:
- business planning and operations management skills
- analytical skills
- finance and budgeting experience
- proven experience in strategic planning and execution
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- experience from managing the application and reporting process for public funding
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
